PR would be lower…
Google have changed Webmaster Guidelines: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769. Google has removed the two lines:
* “Have other relevant sites link to yours.”
* “Submit your site to relevant directories such as the Open Directory Project and Yahoo!, as well as to other industry-specific expert sites.”
It seems google don’t pay attention to those links. It will consider links quality more strictly. And many sites PR are lower after PR updated…
